As part of my Empire in Flames event, I created a pack of three narrative missions that can be played in sequence. They represent an escalting border conflict in the Empire of Man.
We playtested these in advance, and have now used them at a few events. They are mostly balanced around Empire, but they should work reasonably well for other armies. They are all based around unit strength and capturing areas of the board in order to encourage the use of footslogging infantrymen.
During the day we used a Hex map to track the progress of each faction, I've attached it here in case you'd like to use it.
